The fest was founded in late 2008 on a wing (whim? wham?) and a prayer by Managing Director Justin Grotelueschen and Creative Director Nick van der Kolk.

We had many keen volunteers on hand to make all of our festivals what they were – they were and are thanked profusely. You can’t contact any of them but you wish you could.
