A mic’d-up window acts as a filter to bring life to overlooked sounds. Tiny speakers powered by handmade 1-watt amplifiers encourage participants to closely hear tiny filtered sounds from the other side. The wires appear as graphic lines hovering in space, and the circularity of the plates echoes the shape of each speaker and the piezo element. Unwanted sounds become delicacies.
