Drone! Yoga! DROGA! With the intention to bring the practitioner into deep states of presence, Droga sets a comfortable and comforting restorative yoga sequence to live ambient music or drone. Includes guided meditations and philosophical musings sourced from a diverse array of influences such as Vipassana, Camus, Lao-Tzu, and Crowley. A contemporary ceremony that leads the mind towards relaxation, reflection, and expansion.

Live music provided by Andrew Weathers, an Oakland-based composer and improviser originally from Chapel Hill, NC currently based in Oakland, CA. His music exists in a space between improvisation and composition—equally influenced by the 20th century American minimalists and underground noise. He has a BM in Music Composition from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and an MFA in Electronic Music and Recording Media from Mills College. Andrew performs rigorously in a variety of contexts, both composed and improvised, and leads the Andrew Weathers Ensemble.
