The Megapovan is a mobile listening room, exploration vehicle, and awesomer alternative to the Fung Wah for New Yorkers attending Megapolis. Leaving Friday morning, it allows passengers to not only travel across but to actively engage with the sonic environments of the NYC-Boston corridor, with stops at secret locations in Connecticut and Rhode Island, presentations by festival artists, and loads of fun activities. Bring recording equipment if you’ve got it. The van leaves Brooklyn Friday morning and returns Sunday night. A round trip ticket costs $45.
